Shipping to Cyprus: You can purchase your items online and get them delivered at your doorstep (cost: €4.50) or pick them up at your closest "AKIS Express" service point (cost: €2.50). For orders of €50 or more, delivery is FREE.
Shipping Worldwide: You can purchase your items online and receive them via the national post within 5 to 15 working days. For orders less than €50 the cost is €4.50, while for orders of €50 or more shipping is FREE.
Each order is packed with love, so please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered.

We accept payments with credit cards and cash on delivery. Note that all prices on our site are listed in Euro.
• Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt.
• Product(s) must be in the original state in which you received them, have not been used, worn, soiled or in any other situation beyond their original.

How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please initially email our Customer Service Team at email@example.com stating your order number, reason of your return and item(s) you wish to return. All return requests must be accompanied by photos or videos of the product at the time you open the package.
Repack the item(s) in their original packaging to ensure it will not be damaged during transit and send the package by a carrier of your choice at: 30 Faneromenis Street, Flat 304, 4187 Ypsonas, Limassol, Cyprus. We recommend shipping through registered mail or courier to avoid any loss, theft, or damage of the item. The item(s) you are returning are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they are packed properly and will reach their destination.
How will I be refunded?
Upon receipt of the item by our Customer Service Τeam, your refund request will be processed. When this stage is complete, your refund will be refunded by cancelling your credit / debit card and money will be returned to your card as per your bank's time procedures.
Which amount will I be refunded?
We will refund you the full amount of the product(s) you purchased.
